Site work and paving for a civil project in Mineola, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Removal of an existing 8-inch gravity sewer line and installation of a new 10-inch gravity sewer line in the same location within Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way and utility easement near Stone Street including sewer line, manholes, reconnections to sewer service connections, connection to existing sewer lines, bypass pumping, pavement repair, and associated gravity sewer line appurtenances. Estimate: $190,000 - $230,000 Please submit questions for this project 72 hours prior to bid opening through online. All addenda issued for this project will ONLY be posted online. Bids shall be on a lump sum and/or unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Calendar Days: 90 Liquidated Damages: $500.00 Contractor shall furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price, as security for the faithful performance and payment of all of Contractor's obligations under the Contract.
