Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Work on each improvement shall be commenced upon approval of the contract by the Council, and completed as stated below. Bid Security. Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code and as specified by the Jurisdiction. By virtue of statutory authority, preference will be given to products and provisions grown and coal produced within the State of Iowa, and to Iowa domestic labor, to the extent lawfully required under Iowa statutes. The bidder should not include sales tax in the bid. A sales tax exemption certificate will be available for all material purchased for incorporation in the project The improvement includes shoreline stabilization construction including bank grading and shaping, rip rap, sheet pile retaining wall, seeding, erosion control, restoration, and miscellaneous associated work including cleanup and other incidental items; all in accordance with the contract documents including Plan File Nos. 625-001/012, located along the shoreline of Gray's Lake, in Des Moines, Iowa. This project shall be fully completed not later than April 15, 2021, and in accordance with the Completion Provision
