Clarification Deadline: 10/30/2020 11:06 AM Sewer Main Repairs, Manhole Rehabilitation and Manhole to Manhole Lining This contract will be based on unit prices, therefore, a bid security in the amount of $55,000.00 is required to be submitted with the bid. A performance bond of one-hundred percent (100%) shall be submitted within ten (10) days after the date of the Notice of Award. This project is subject to Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and the prevailing wage rates are incorporated in the bid documents. Any questions or concerns concerning this notice should be directed to Donna Zackeru, Township Purchasing Agent, at 610-398-0401 ext. 227. South Whitehall Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept, either in whole or in part, any one bid or combination of bids and to accept the bid which it determines in its best interests. Township also reserves the right to waive or permit the curing of any informalites or irregularities in a bid as permitted by law.
