Conversion of the Arts Resource Centre (A.R.C) into a cultural hub. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded the Request For Proposals from Consultants. The Consultant will conduct a Feasibility study which would address the possibility of converting the Arts Resource Centre (A.R.C) into a cultural hub. The study would involve research on cultural hubs, conducting community consultation to determine the owners needs, evaluating current operations, and recommending a new model for the A.R.C, facility and building enhancements including design concepts, drawings and directions as well as costs associated to recommendations and implementation. Further project schedules are undetermined. Community engagement will occur as part of the process. Coverage has been discontinued ta this time.
