Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Valhalla, New York. Conceptual plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Plans call for the replacement of bridge superstructure including asphalt wearing surface, waterproofing membrane, concrete curbs, concrete sidewalks, prestressed concrete box beams, elastomeric bearing and steel bridge railing along with approach guide rail and approach pavement. Structure is 53' long and 88' wide, total of 4,664 square feet. As of October 23, 2020, the budget plan for the next fiscal year which has been formally approved by a majority vote of the County Board of Legislators. The Westchester County Board of Legislators will receive the proposed Capital Budget and the proposed Operating Budget and are charged with passing the County Budget by the end of December 2020.
