As of 12/16/2020 Awarded with $253,645.75 The City of Lilburn, Georgia is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Construction of Sidewalk along Wynne-Russell Dr./West Johns Rd., between Lawrenceville Highway (US29) and Burns Road. This work involves construction of approximately 2700 feet of sidewalk, ADA ramps, curb and gutter, drainage improvements and associated road work. Contractors are advised that Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds are being used for the construction of this project and contractor will be required to comply with all CDBG requirements described herein.
