The proposed Cox Creek Interceptor Sewer Replacement will be installed to convey the anticipated future peak and wet weather flows within the sewer service area. This proposed project replaces an existing 18-inch sewer with a 24-inch sewer and the existing 21-inch sewer with a 30-inch sewer. The overall project consists of the installation of approximately 2,900 LF of 24-inch gravity sewer, 4,200 LF of 30-inch gravity sewer, 30 manholes and related appurtenances. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities and technicalities in the bid. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof. Any bid received after the time and date specified will not be considered. No Bidder may withdraw a bid within ninety (90) days after the actual date of bid opening
