A. The Project includes all materials and labor for refurbishment of the toboggan run including improvements to the site drainage, replacement of piping, valving and other components of the chilling system and other Work as indicated in the Contract Documents. B. There are two (2) alternates as indicated in plans. 1. Replacement of Drain Fixtures 2. Replacement of Lights and Poles Location- 450 Ln 100 Lake James Fremont, IN 46737, USA A goal of 7% MBE and 5% WBE has been set for this project. Bids shall be taken from Prime Contractors pre-qualified by the Public Works Certification Board in the following classification/s: 1542.01 Institutional Buildings (Hospitals, Schools, Prisons) or 1711.04 Refrigeration. Work required by the Contract Documents shall be completed within 240 calendar days or by a completion date of November 11, 2022, whichever shall occur first (Work on-site is limited to a period starting March 1, 2022 and ending November 11, 2022).
