The Project consists of: Site work, including but not limited to, clearing, grubbing, grading, and compaction to repair and replenish header board, decomposed granite pathway, infield fines, sod, and mulch surface areas, relocation of existing irrigation boxes and sprinkler heads in accordance with the Bid Documents consisting of the front ends, drawings, and technical specifications. Contractor is responsible for survey, layout, off-haul and debris disposal, protection of adjacent work and surfaces. The following items are N.I.S: Construction of new CMU softball dugouts, fencing, backstop and score board. In the event a conflict exist between documents, the more stringent shall apply. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess one or more of the following State of California contractors' license(s): C27 or B or A The Bidder's license(s) must remain active and in good standing throughout the term of the Contract. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to be registered as a public works contractor with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to the Labor Code. The Bidder's registration must remain active throughout the term of the Contract. Last day to submit RFI: 5:00 pm on November 03, 2020. District last day to issue addendum: 5:00 pm on November 06, 2020. A bid bond by an admitted surety insurer on the form provided by the District, cash, or a cashier's check or a certified check, drawn to the order of the Campbell Union High School District, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, shall accompany the Bid Form and Proposal, as a guarantee that the Bidder will, within seven (7) calendar days after the date of the Notice of Award, enter into a contract with the District for the performance of the services as stipulated in the bid. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond if it is awarded the Contract for the Work. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive any irregularity in any bid received.
