Sealed Qualifications for Professional Engineering Services for Design for the Rehabiliation of Wharves 4, 5, and 6 at Barbours Cut Terminal will be received by Procurement Services of the Port of Houston Authority. The Port of Houston Authority is seeking a Request for Qualifications to perform the general functions of designing the Rehabilitation of Wharves 4, 5, and 6 at its Barbours Cut Terminal. The respondent is expected to provide the following services: Review and incorporate the current Barbours Cut Terminal master plan, operational requirements of the current Wharves, and any existing reports as well as topographical, drainage, and utility systems information. Questions regarding the submittal procedures should be directed to Ms. Yvette Camel-Smith in the Procurement Services Department at (713) 670-2460. The Port of Houston Authority will not be responsible for the late or incomplete responses due to mistakes or delays of the respondent. The Port Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in any proposal, the Port Authority reserves the right to consider the most advantageous construction of, or to reject, the proposal. Method of Contractor selection has not been determined at this point of time.
