As of January 14, 2021 the project is not yet awarded. It is expected to be awarded next month. The City of Long Beach, California (City) is seeking proposals (Proposals) from qualified Design-Builders (Contractors) to provide services for the design and construction of curb ramps compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA") and all other applicable accessibility requirements throughout the City of Long Beach (Project). The Design-Builder(s)may be assigned to design, build, and complete up to approximately 800 curb ramps throughout the City annually, but there is no guaranteed quantity of work for the period of the Contract.
