**Anticipated Notice of Award: 2/19/2021 The Health and Human Services Commission (Owner), for and on behalf of its Health and Specialty Care System Division (HSCS), is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals (Proposals) for selection of a General Contractor (Contractor) to provide general construction and construction administration services to the Owner for Project No. 20-126-SAL, Fire Alarm Replacement, Multiple Buildings at the San Antonio State Supported Living Center (the Project), in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Solicitation. Project Location, Summary, and Budget Project Location: San Antonio State Supported Living Center 6711 S. New Braunfels San Antonio, Texas 78223 Project Summary: The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Remove the existing fire alarm systems in their entirety. Design, provide and install a new fully addressable fire alarm system on the San Antonio State Supported Living Center Campus Buildings 665, 668, 670, 671, 672 and 766, like-for-like or better alternate with documentation, meeting all applicable codes including, but not limited to NFPA 101 (2012 edition) and NFPA 72 (2010 edition) for the buildings, complete in all respects. The Fire Alarm systems plans and calculations for the replacement system shall be prepared and sealed by a Registered Fire Alarm Superintendent (APS).
