Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a 1,500-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.

The Work consists of the construction of metal roof shade structures over new concrete pads for existing bleachers; construction of prefab concrete storage building with high-low ADA drinking fountain and chilled filtered water station; and repairs to landscape and irrigation system. Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division 01 General Requirements and the following installations using materials noted on drawings and specifications; selective site demolition to include demolishing and removing existing turf, concrete sidewalk and pads, drinking fountain, sign board wall, as well as, stubbing and capping selective existing utilities and irrigation system; concrete work including but not limited to concrete sidewalks, plaza area, curbing, and gutters; finishes including graffiti-resistant coatings; special constructions including one (1) 10' x 15' pre-fabricated concrete storage building with exterior mounted hi-low ADA drinking fountains and chilled bottle filler, along with, one (1) 24' x 44' and one (1) 30' x 64' pre-fabricated metal shade shelter with surface mount LED lights, concrete pad, and two (2) flush mounted in grade electrical outlet boxes; electrical work including low-voltage power conductors, cables, conduit (including all electrical conduits out of shade shelters), tubing, grounding and bonding, raceways, pull boxes, handhole, outlet boxes, receptacles, panelboards, switches, wall dimmers, as well as, interior and exterior lighting on pre-fabricated storage building; earthwork including; removal of one (1) tree and grinding stump, clearing and grubbing, erosion and sediment control; exterior improvements including aggregate base courses, trench excavation and backfill, landscape work including but not limited to trees, turf grass sodding, and elective retrofitting of existing irrigation system, temporary tree irrigation, and new drip irrigation; and utilities including water, water service connections, site water utility distribution piping, and sanitary sewerage. The price for installations shall include purchasing all associated engineering, required permitting, all associated appurtenances and accessories as required for a full and compete installation of the items and materials. Work hours: The General Contractor will perform construction activities during the following times: Sunday through Saturday starting from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. All dates and times will be outlined in the project schedule as required per Section 01 32 16. The Contractor will notify the Owner's Representative when changes to the submitted working days/hours are deemed necessary. ESTIMATED COST: $691,978.10 - $728,398.00.
