The project consists of the refurbish fifteen multi-zone air handlers with new fan motors or fan arrays, clean the hot and cold coils, and add new dampers and seals. Replace two boilers, two chillers, the cooling tower and their related pumps. Replace all the air conditioning controls, all the exhaust fans, all the fan coil-split systems, the air conditioning unit over the central plant and add two rooftop air conditioning units for the head-in room. Field verify the deactivation of smoke dampers that are no longer required, clean all air conditioning ductwork from the air handlers down to the diffusers, and add new electrical connections and electrical repairs to all new and refurbished equipment. Remove and replace the caulking at the exterior masonry control joints and install a new flat roof overlay system. Contract: Perform Work under a single prime, lump-sum contract, including labor, equipment, materials, and services required for the completion of the project.
