As of December 8,20200 the project was awarded to Brystar Contracting, Inc., for the total amount of $342,114.00. The right is reserved by the City of Port Neches, Texas, as its interest may require, to accept or reject any or all bids, and to waive any informality in the bids received Bid Security, only in the form of: 1) a certified or cashier's check drawn ona Texas bank and made payable to the City of Port Neches, Texas; or 2) a bond executed by a surety company authorized to do business in Texas, in the amount of not less than five (5%) percent of the total bid, must accompany each bid at the time it is submitted.Bids must be submitted on the form shown in the Contract Documents.
