Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking competitive bids to renovate office spaces in CCC 5th Floor, BSB 3rd Floor & IT. CCC 5th Floor Renovations : The basis of this project is to renovate approximately 2,500 SF of laboratory & office space located on the 5th floor of the Cancer Cell Center, (CCC). This project will create a central office area, wet lab, cell culture lab, as well as the renovation of the existing fume hood room. BSB 3rd Floor Renovations : The basis of this project is to renovate approximately 800 SF of laboratory & storage space located on the 3rd Floor of Basic Sciences Building, (BSB). This project will create a wet lab, storage spaces, freezer bank area, break room, toilet rooms, and an office. IT Office Renovations : The renovation of an existing second floor lab space into an IT office space. The new space will consist of (4) private offices, (1) workroom, (2) conference rooms, and an open office area consisting of 32 cubical workstations. The estimated total affected footprint is roughly 3,700 square feet.
