All labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary and reasonably inferable to Construct a Health & Wellness Center which will be approximately 38,500 GSF to allow UHV to meet the needs of their growing Student, Staff and Faculty Population on Campus in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by Smith Group, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A. Questions and Clarifications. All questions and requests for clarification must be submitted in writing, preferably by email, to the Point of Contact by the Questions Deadline, and must reference RFP730-23029 Health & Wellness Center Phase 1 at University of Houston Victoria. The Point of Contact will publish all questions and requests for clarification with their respective responses as an addendum, as well as any other addenda to this RFP, at the Electronic State Business Daily website, Online under the project.
