For Backup Water Supply Wells The work involves the abandonment of one existing water well, and the drilling, construction, development, testing and disinfection of two new water supply wells for the Lake Havasu City public water supply system. The intent of the project is to drill and construct two water supply wells each with a design capacity of 1,400 gpm, or greater. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the Project Number and the bidder's name and address clearly indicated on the envelope. All bids must be completed in ink or typewritten on a form to be obtained from the specifications and a complete Invitation for Bid returned along with the offer no later than the time and date cited above.
