**As of December 17, 2020, this project has not yet been awarded. It is expected to be awarded after the new year. The City of Georgetown is accepted sealed bids for the construction project: Leander Water Connection Improvements The project consists of furnishing, installing and providing all labor and materials required for construction to install a water control and metering station between the City of Leander water system and the City of Georgetown water system near the SH 29 and Kauffman Loop. Bidders submitting bids through the E-bid System shall scan and up-load a copy of their Bid Security (sealed Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier's Check ) as an attachment to their electronic bid. Original documents for Bid Security will be requested by the City from the lowest two bidders and delivered to the City's Purchasing Buyer within 48 business hours of the Bid Opening. Bid Security shall be postmarked and mailed to: City Purchasing Office, Georgetown Municipal Complex, 300-1 Industrial Ave, Georgetown, Texas 78626.
