Site work and paving for a road / highway in Augusta, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Total Contractual Days - 500 Days Phase 1 consists of Stage 1A erosion control, clearing & grubbing of easements and r/w, water & sanitary sewer installation (including service connections), private utility relocations (by others)(including service connections), detention pond construction, and miscellaneous sections of cuts/fills and storm sewer installation. Phase 2 consists of acceptance of existing erosion and traffic control measures from Phase 1, installation of new erosion control measures, traffic control, minor grading, storm drainage, roadway, sidewalk, traffic signal, and miscellaneous construction associated with the project. All water, sanitary sewer, dry utilities, and service lines were installed at grades below required Ph2 excavations or outside of Ph2 project footprint. Ph2 contractor shall assume there will be no conflicts with exception to an existing AT&T duct bank. Contract includes a mark-up of AT&T duct bank with pothole depths at various points. County has worked closely with Benesch (Consultant) to design a storm system that will avoid vertical and horizontal conflicts with this duct bank.
