The Construction Manager for this project is Consigli Construction Co., Inc. 72 Summer Street, Milford, MA 01757. Sub Bid Divisions: 4,5,7,8,9,13,14,15,16 Your firm has been prequalified to bid on the Douglas & Gates Elementary School Project. Construction Projects - 10.4% combined MBE & WBE participation This project includes the Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women Business Enterprise (WBE) goals and workforce utilization percentages stated above and in the Owner-Construction Manager Agreement. It is the obligation of the Construction Manager to meet or exceed these participation goals. MBE's and WBE's must be certified by the State Supplier Diversity Office. The successful Filed Sub- Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond as required by the Contract Documents.
