Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Waconia, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work includes the following: 1. Rehabilitation of four (4) existing filters: (a) Removing and replacement of existing filter media, underdrain, and washwater troughs. (b) Sandblast and paint upper 6 feet of interior concrete filter walls. together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. All work under the Contract must be completed by May 31, 2021. The Bidder shall have experience as a General Contractor in the successful completion of at least three municipal water or wastewater treatment plants within the last five (5) years. A Bid Bond satisfactory to the City of Waconia, Minnesota, in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total Bid price submitted must accompany each Bid. This project is being funded by the City of Waconia, Minnesota . The project is not subject to the provisions of Little Davis-Bacon Act. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond each in the amount of the Contract. The Bid, Agreement, and Bonds shall be conditioned upon compliance with all provisions of the Bid Documents. All questions relative to this project prior to the opening of bids shall be directed to the Engineer/Manager for the project.
