Bexar County is proposing to reconstruct 0.7 mile (Approximate) of Watson Road, from Somerset Road to 700' south of SW Verano Pkwy (Approximate). The proposed improvements will widen Watson Road from its existing two-lane configuration to a four-lane roadway with necessary drainage improvements, operational improvements, and anticipated bicycle/pedestrain amenities within an existing 60' ROW (typical). Please submit all bid questions for the Watson Road Phase I Project by Friday, August 27, 2021 at 4:00 p.m electronically or or via email to the Buyer/Contract Specialist, Jonathan Preiss, CTPM, jonathan.preiss@bexar.org. Notification of this addendum will be sent automatically to Bidders via email. Bidders should use unit pricing. Bid, payment, and performance bonds are required.
