Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Juno Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town of Juno Beach will be receiving sealed proposals from qualified contractors to Renovate Two Dune Walkovers located at 530 & 800 Ocean Drive, in Juno Beach. This project will include, but is not limited to, demolishing, removing and replacing the wood structure at each of the two locations. The new structure shall include hand rails/posts, decking, stringers, concrete work and bench seating per the engineered drawings provided by Isiminger & Stubbs Engineering, Inc. and Simmons & White. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the scheduled closing date for the receipt of proposals except as otherwise provided in the Instructions to Proposers and Terms and Conditions. The Town of Juno Beach reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities, and to re-advertise. The award, if made, will be to the lowest responsive, responsible Proposer as determined solely by the Town. Located at 530 & 800 Ocean Drive, Juno Beach, FL
