Site work and paving for a civil project in Beloeil, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Extension of Serge-Pepin Street. The scope of the project includes the 1,300 m extension of the street including the installation of watermains, sewers, lighting system, road and paving work. The scope of the project also includes the construction of pumping stations (one storm water and one sanitary water stations with generators), construction of a rainwater retention basin and development of a roundabout at the intersection of Saint-Jean-Baptiste and Serge-Pepin Streets. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway and are prepared by construction packages. Due to a new requirement imposed by the Ministry of the Environment, Climate Change, Wildlife and Parks (MELCCFP) the City must complete the expansion of the networks and implementation of stormwater management practices before proceeding with this project implementation. According to the owner's information this project construction will not require the publication of a tender for the general contractor because it will be carried out by the developer through an agreement related to municipal works. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
