The work consists of resurfacing and reconstructing/rehabilitating the pavement within the existing right of way. The work includes the removal and reconstruction of ADA access ramps, PCC sidewalk, driveway, curb & gutter,removal and planting of four trees, replacement of traffic striping, traffic loops, pavement markings, and all appurtenant work thereto necessary for the proper construction of the proposed improvements.For the purposes of bid evaluations and fairness to all bidders, the City will evaluate the Total Base Bid Proposal. The lowest responsive responsible Base Bid bidder will be selected. Work under the Alternative Bid (if any) may be authorized, if it is determined at the sole discretion of the City, that work under the Alternative Bid is within the City's available budget.
