Base Bid #2 -Construct Pump House Construct Pump House - 1 Lump Sum substantially completed on or before: August 01, 2021, Final Completion Date: August 31, 2021 the installation and calibration per manufacturer's instructions of the water pipe, fittings, valves, flow meter, gages, pressure transmitter, corporation stops, and sampling tap, connecting the new 10" well discharge pipe to the newly installed 8" HDPE well discharge pipe, which feeds the Mountain Iron Water Treatment Plant. The scope of this Division is the installation of an underground electrical power supply (480 volt/400 amp/3 phase) from a pole-mounted transformer to the well pumphouse building; the installation of all electrical panels, cabinets, conduit, wiring, PLC components and remote I/O, adjustable frequency drive (variable frequency drive), and the complete installation, start-up, tuning, and operator training for the well pump control system.
