Site work for a civil project in Hammond, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Installation of new duplex self-priming sanitary sewerage pumping equipment including accessories, electrical work & controls, yard piping, valves, fittings, etc. at existing lift stations (Oak Hollow LS, Minnesota Park LS, Chevron LS), installation of a new sewerage grinder including accessories, electrical work & controls, yard piping, valves, fittings, etc. at existing lift station (Phoenix Square LS), installation of new PC concrete structures, other work includes PC concrete, flowable fill, limestone, misc. sitework, and related work as called for on the drawings, indicated on the Bid Form, or reasonably implied. Construction Budget: $515,000 Contract Term: 180 calendar days Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Upon request and receipt of the document deposit indicated above the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office, Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
