The College, at its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to reject any and all, or parts of any and all Replies, to re-advertise this solicitation, postpone or cancel, at any time, the solicitation process, or to waive minor irregularities and informalities in this Solicitation or in the Replies received as a result of this Solicitation.
