Site work and paving for a civil project in Riviera Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Project consists of the construction of new fire hydrants, water main, city water connection with backflow and meter, site lighting, landscape and irrigation improvements; the restoration of pavement and other associated appurtenances at the Port of Palm Beach, Riviera Beach, Florida. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a surety company Bid Bond, cashiers or certified check, drawn upon any State or National Bank in Florida, payable to the Port in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Annex Property Improvements Project Base Proposal Amount. Bid Security will be returned to all except the three lowest Offerors within seven (7) days after the opening of proposals, and the remaining Bid Securities will be returned within seven (7) days after the Port and the awarded Offeror have executed the Contract, or if no Contract has been awarded, within ninety (90) days after the date of opening of Proposals, or upon demand of Offeror at any time thereafter, so long as it has not been notified of acceptance of its Proposal. The successful Offeror shall be required to execute Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. The Offeror agrees that the Proposal shall be good, and may not be withdrawn for a period ending the later of one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days after Proposal Opening, or the execution of the Contract between the successful Offeror and the Port. The Port reserves the right to waive any technicalities/irregularities and/or to reject any and/or all Proposals. The Port further reserves the right to award a contract to that Offeror whose submittal best serves the interests of the Port, in the sole discretion of the Port. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to limit or modify the Port of Palm Beach District's M/WBE goal of twelve (12%) percent.
