Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in McKinney, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and municipal facility.
Plans call for a Fire Department Head Quarters Complex just east of the existing Public Safety Building. This project will consist of a 14,738 sf Fire Station, a 43,173 sf 2 story Administration Building and an 18,972 sf Logistics Building.
