Update: This project aims to develop the property along Biltmore Way between Le Jeune Road and Hernando Street to further enhance the park and surrounding streets and serve as a public gathering space in coordination with the Biltmore Way streetscape project. Initial improvements slated to commence this year include new ADA parking, ADA access to and through the park, and new hardscapes including benches, an ADA picnic table, and trash receptacles.
