Reference number : 1584040 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-04-01 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders to repair the envelope and stabilize the foundations at Habitations Duchesneau, located at 2735, 2737, 2753, 2755, 2757, 2773, 2775, 2777, 2793, 2795 and 2797 rue Aubry, Montreal, in the borough of Mercier-Hochelaga-Maisonneuve. 1.2 The project is to carry out all work in accordance with the contract documents. Without limitation, the mandate aims to carry out the following interventions: 1.2.1 Architectural works at. Replacement of the brick facing on the rue Aubry façade; b. Rear and side facade repair and consolidation using threaded rods; vs. Complete replacement of building doors and windows; d. Waterproofing and waterproofing of foundations; e. Partial patching of basement units following piling; f. Repair of the roof and replacement of the windows of the canopies; g. Replacement of balcony decks. 1.2.2 Structural and civil works at. Repair of cracks in the foundation; b. Stabilization of the foundations at the perimeter and inside the building; vs. Replacement of the French drain; d. Concrete repair of foundations, steps and landings; e. Land leveling. 1.3 The work will be carried out in a two (2) storey building comprising 16 apartments. The building concerned is located between 2735 and 2797 rue Aubry in Montreal. 1.4 During the works, the dwellings will be occupied. 2. DURATION OF WORK 2.1 According to the current schedule, work is expected to begin around June 2022, but this date could be changed by the OMHM. In such a case, the modification cannot be used to justify a request for an extra from the successful bidder. 2.2 The work must be carried out within a maximum period of 40 consecutive weeks from the date confirmed for the start of the work in the letter of engagement. Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
