The project consists of performing the following, including, but not limited to: Project includes removing and replacing approximately 18,934 square feet of wood roof over the existing water filter structure Bidders are to be licensed in accordance with the provisions of the California Contractors License Law, Chapter 9 of Division 3 of the State Business and Professions Code. In addition, bidder must have at the time the contract is awarded for this project, one of the following classification(s) of contractor's license: Class C-5, C-39, or A The CONTRACTOR shall, prior to the execution of the contract, furnish proof of liability insurance as required and two bonds by an insurance Company that is licensed to do business in the State of California and is acceptable to the City, one in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, to guarantee the faithful performance of the work, and one in the amount noted in the PAYMENT BOND to guarantee payment of all claims for labor and materials furnished.
