Renovation of a municipal facility in Denver, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

As part of the Base Bid requirements is to maintain the Service/Freight for interim maintenance from Notice to Proceed and for one year following the completion of the punch list items and Notice of Substantial Completion has been achieved and maintenance/warranty period. Attached is the Division of Capital Assets Elevator Maintenance Service Agreement for all DCA/CCF Elevators. This document outlines the requirements for servicing this one service/freight elevator at 1313 Sherman Street. One additional requirement of this project is to meet ADA requirments and to PASS inspection by Insight Building Code Consultants for this new elevators, shop drawings and fixture cut sheets must also be submitted for code review, and CDLE Division of Oil and Public Safety-Conveyance Program. 11. Prevailing wages/Davis Bacon wages and registered payroll do not apply to this contract. One service truck will be allowed to park in the lot north of 1313 Sherman Street. 13. All personnel must complete a criminal background check performed by CSP. Security Photo ID badges will be issued $10 each. Personal or company chek due at time of receiving a photo badge. 14. Contractors must remove from site all debris on a daily basis and will not be allowed to use state owned dumpsters. 15. All contractors must comply with state COVID-19 protocal to check your temperature each day - must be below 100 degrees F., Facial masks must be worn when inside our building(s).
