To be eligible to submit a proposal, all proposal documents must be obtained from the Pueblo County Purchasing Department via email at purchasing@pueblocounty.us. Pueblo County will award the contract to a firm based on the evaluation criteria contained in the request for proposal. The County of Pueblo reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities and to reserve any request for proposals. The County also reserves the right to award the contract to more than one provider as it deems will best serve its interests.
