**As of December 10, 2020, project was awarded to Aleksander Omega LLC for $375,077.80. Work is anticipated to begin the first week in January 2021 and last about three months. All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the City of Cedar Hill Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise and Woman-owned Business Enterprises Are Encouraged to Respond to This Solicitation. The work under this contract includes furnishing all labor, tools, material, and equipment, and for performing all work necessary for construction, under the Hickerson Street Sanitary Sewer Improvements, of: 1024 LF of 8" sanitary sewer, and any other work deemed necessary by the City of Cedar Hill. All of the above shall be done in accordance with NCTCOG specifications, with the City of Cedar Hill's Addenda and as per instructions of the Owner. All construction sequencing and barricading will be done according to the City of Cedar Hill Standards and Details and TxDOT's Manual for Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), unless work occurs within TxDOT ROW, in which case TxDOT standards will apply. The work under this contract includes furnishing all labor, tools, material, and equipment, and for performing all work necessary for construction of: water, sewer, and storm drain along existing drainage swale, Cedar Street, and Hardy Street. Work also includes the installation of sanitary sewer along Hickerson Street, and any other work deemed necessary by the City of Cedar Hill.
