Site work for a municipal facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for an office development.
This project seeks to upgrade existing devices and implement accessible and touchless features in an effort to support occupant comfort and satisfaction with their workplace. These implementations also align with sustainability strategies in water savings, green building strategies and reducing the Covid risk. This project is initiated to replace water fountains in East Memorial Building on all floors as identified within the Plans and Specifications provided by Rossmann Architecture. All existing water fountains currently do not possess touchless features, accessibility and barrier-free requirements or water bottle filling options. Water fountains shall also meet accessibility requirements. Contractor should note: Any signage required as part of the SOW must also be in both official languages if not already specifically identified within the Tender Drawings and Specifications. Contractors are responsible to engage the Building service providers for Alarm bypasses and Hot Work Permits. Building Service provider for EMB is Tondra Nikitin (Ottawa) tondra.nikitin@troylfs.com is our contact for Troy. It will be the contractor's responsibility to contact this service provider and obtain a quote to include in their bid price submission.
