The City of Laredo has established a local vendor preference ordinance 2018-O-175. All informal and formal Requests for bids for contracts will be evaluated with a 5% preference for local vendors 1 - 'Exit' Sign Removal Remove 3 'EXIT' Signs. 1 above door from Bullpen to dock; 1 above dock doors to alley 2 - Chain Reinforcements to Ceiling Vents Purpose - to prevent vents from failing One vent has already fallen, need this placed back on Need chains placed on 9 vents in the Bullpen Need chains placed on 3 vents in the Lobby 3 - Replace Bolt locks with Key Locks Replace locks on three sets of doors Fire Department advised that we cannot have a deadbolt lock; these need to be replaced with keyhole door locks
