A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following 1. Installation of Soil Erosion and Sediment Control (SESC) control measures as required by HEPSCD as well as their maintenance during the entire construction process, removal of the existing loose stone aggregate pathway, filter fabric and subbase as necessary for installation of new paving material. Minor clearing of existing vegetation to facilitate new work. Grading and preparation of existing subbase material and installation of new stone base and stabilized aggregate paving product. Topsoiling, fertilizing, seeding and mulching to vegetated areas adjacent to the new pathway disturbed during construction, removal of SESC control measures after completion of work, final cleanup of the project site and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. All bidders are urged to limit the number of representatives to attend the pre-bid meeting in order to keep the number of attendees to a minimum in order to comply with covid-19 related social distancing guidelines. All attendees must wear face mask coverings.
