Renovation of a municipal facility in Ellsworth, Wisconsin. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of 3/2021, this project is cancelled. Per the owner, it may be rebid come spring 2021. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the documents prepared by Ayres Associates dated August 31, 2020. In general, the project consists of replacing the existing roof and substrates of the Seyforth building (fairgrounds). The replacement will include new underlayments, insulation, shingles, and gutters. The Owner is considered a tax-exempt entity, therefore WI. Stat. 77.54(9m) will be utilized on this project. Bid questions are to be submitted to Randy LaFaive (rlafaive@market-johnson. com) no later than the end of day on November 4, 2020.
