Renovation of a water / sewer project in Bellevue, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

This work is to remove and replace the main medium voltage switchgear and relocate to a new location, construct a raised concrete pad including stair access and handrails for several electrical equipment, and remove and relocate the existing medium voltage capacitor bank to location adjacent to the new switchgear. The advertisement form and a link to the complete project pdf is attached to this email. This project requires submission of an Economic Equity and Inclusion Plan (EEIP). This project does not have an SEB reserve. The PW Department is also requiring verification of a "Class B" City of Omaha General Contractor's License at the time of bid.
