The Project entails: A new pavilion building, with approximately 3,432 sf of enclosed space which will consist of a single-story structure with an exterior patio. This project will include the construction of the new building and all other appurtenances for a fully functioning facility. Bid Security and Bonds: Bid Security in the form of Cashiers Check, Certified Check, or Bid Bond payable to the City of Baytown in the amount of 5% of the total base bid price must accompany each proposal. Bidders submitting bids electronically through the E-bid System shall scan and up-load a copy of the sealed Bid Bond as an attachment to their bid. Original documents for Bid Security shall be requested by the City from the lowest two bidders and delivered to the Citys Purchasing Officer within 48 business hours of the Bid Opening.
