Luzerne Conservation District will be accepting bids for construction of the Conyngham Ag BMP Project located in Lehman Twp.This project consists of a roofed manure storage structure.Construction & layout of E&S measures and excavation, including strip and stockpile topsoi.Construction of roofed concrete manure storage structure.Construction of Heavy Use Area Protection &additional practices, including fencing, subsurface drain, access road, animal trail and walkway, underground outlet, roof run off structure, drop box, water control structure, The contract covers all aspects of the installation of the waste storage and Animal Heavy Use Area project located at 83 Deer Park Road, Dallas, PA, Luzerne County. This contract includes (but is not limited to): site preparation, implementation of adequate erosion and sediment controls,excavation/fill, installation of form and reinforcing for waste storage concrete, concrete floor, forming for concrete walls, install concrete walls, install roof structure, install roof gutters, install access lane, install underground outlet, install fencing, complete final grading, and seed alldisturbed areas, as well as all other aspects as outlined in these Contract Documents and Drawings.
