Scope of Work:New PressBox, with lobby, mezzanine, film deck, elevator and stairs. November 13, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. - Last day for inquiries and clarifications proposal Bonds are required for solicitation in excess of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000). A Proposal Bond shall be submitted in the form of a Bid Bond, postal money order, certified check or cashiers check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total greatest amount bid/proposal, including any applicable alternates/ contingency, payable without recourse to McAllen Independent School District. When a performance or payment bond is required, the amounts shall be for 100% of the contract amount (including contingency). Any required bond(s) shall be filed with the District within ten (10) days from the date of the Notice of Award. The Project Manager and the estimator shall attend and actively participate in regular meetings with the District and Design Team to review project status and review and update the construction cost estimate.
