The Complexity Factor for this project is 0 The Consultant selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on March 2, 2021 at 10:00 AM at the Region Three/District Five Office in Paris Phase III engineering services are required for construction inspection, supervision, construction layout, material testing, and record maintenance. Work includes, but not limited to, earthwork, pavement reconstruction, precast concrete pipe and drainage structures, precast prestressed beams, various types of ramp construction, removal of existing 4-span bridges and replacement with 2-span structures, noise abatement wall, lighting, landscaping and safety improvements.
