Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ……………….. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference The San Bernardino County Transportation Authority ("SBCTA") invites proposals from qualified firms/proposers to provide Construction Management Services ("Services") for the North First Avenue Bridge over the BNFS Railroad Project ("Project") as identified in this RFP The San Bernardino County Transportation Authority (SBCTA) will utilize the services of CONSULTANT to support the construction activities for the Project. The CONSULTANT will provide constructability review, utility relocation inspection, coordination with BNSF, construction management, materials testing, construction surveying and source inspection, landscape inspection and assist in public outreach for the Project. Please refer to Attachment A - Scope of Services for full description details of the Project in this RFP. The San Bernardino County Transportation Authority (SBCTA), in cooperation with the City of Barstow (City), BNSF Railway Company (BNSF), California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), proposes to improve the North First Avenue Bridge over BNSF Railroad (Bridge No. 54C0088) in the City of Barstow. All questions and or clarifications to this RFP, including questions that could not be specifically addressed at the Pre-Proposal Conference, must be put in writing and submitted electronically to the procurement Analyst and they must be received by SBCTA no later than Thursday - November 12, 2020 at 4:00 pm as specified on the KEY RFP DATES schedule. Questions received after the date and time specified may or may not be responded to, at the sole discretion of SBCTA. All questions/clarifications must be clearly labeled RFP21-1002469 - Written Questions SBCTA is not responsible for failure to respond to questions that are not appropriately marked. SBCTA's responses to the questions received by the date and time identified herein, including SBCTA's answers will be posted. The method of contractor selection is not been determined at this time.
