As of January 13th, 2021, this project has not yet been awarded. In general the work consists of: Site demo, removal of the existing bullet catcher, fabrication and installation of the new bullet catcher, cylindrical concrete foundations, finish grading and all incidentals necessary for a complete and finished product. The successful Contractor must agree to commence work on or before a date to be specified in a written "Notice to Proceed" and to fully complete all work within 120 consecutive calendar days thereafter. If the lowest dollar-amount bid submitted by a qualified and responsible bidder does not exceed the authorized project funds, a contract will be awarded accordingly. The lowest dollar amount is a single bid for all work comprising the project. DFD reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or accept any bid.
