The work under this project consists of furnishing all equipment, superintendence, labor, skill and material necessary for the construction of an approximately 44,800 SF vehicle maintenance facility located at 3316 South Military Highway, Chesapeake, Virginia, 23323, and performing all work necessary for such construction, in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications and in accordance with the Contract Documents.
