Construction start anticipated January 2023 The purpose of the project is to construct a new airport terminal building and site improvements with the ability to accommodate the anticipated passenger traffic. New approx. 26,600 square foot terminal building will accommodate (2) ground-loaded gates, TSA security functions, inbound and outbound baggage handling system, shell space for future concessions, rental car counters and services for 1-2 airline carriers. Site Improvements will include new utilities (water, sanitary sewer, power communications, etc.), site grading and drainage, and rehabilitation or reconstruction of parking lots and access roads. New landscaped courtyards and landscaping around the building, parking lots, and access roads.
